Norway Vulcan Middle School Our Story

The Norway-Vulcan K- 12 campus is located on a 30 acre site nestled between neighborhoods, forests and lakes, so you bet they are connected to their environment. Constructed in 1991, with additions in 1993 and 2000, facilities have been updated with efficient lighting, motion sensors, and plans for a comprehensive energy conservation project. Vulcan Middle School is proud to now display a 2kW solar PV array for students and the community to experience and enjoy.
Since monitoring began 7/01/2010, this system has generated 29,802 kilowatt hours of clean energy.
