The Gladstone Green Club has accomplished a number of environmentally friendly projects and has earned recognition as Michigan green school. They are completing a $1.6 Million Energy Efficiency project that includes: boilers, hot water heaters, control systems, valuable frequency drives, energy recovery ventilations, lighting, water consumption, few estimation, and insulation. It is estimated that the energy reduction will result in savings in excess of $100,000 per year. Gladstone is proud to now be home to a solar PV array in addition to all these energy efficiency improvements.
